Spring Training Program Cohort

 

 

QCVA’s Spring Training Program develops and refines technique and builds volleyball IQ for athletes ages 10-17. During the course of eight sessions, a cohort of participants will work on all volleyball skills (regardless of position), and each week’s area of focus will build upon the next week’s focus.

Timing
March 10 – April 5, 2026
Tuesday – 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Sunday – 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Cost
$250 for eight sessions

Apparel
New participants will be given a QCVA t-shirt. Also wear athletic shorts/pants and shoes to training. Knee pads are encouraged, but it’s OK if you do not have them yet. Be sure to bring your choice of water or athletic beverage with you. You can refill with water inside the gym.
